The moving experience was great. The crew was friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. This is the second time we have worked with them and the experiences have always been good and consistent. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We selected Aloha Movers based on good reviews, so only fair that we leave a good review, especially since the move was perfect in every way -- on time, careful packing and delivery, and personable service from the excellent crew. We moved from San Diego to Alpine, not a far away move, but one that definitely benefited from professional and careful movers, and that's what we got from Aloha.

Aloha Movers is simple OUTSTANDING!! Being a military family we have moved more than a few times, and by far these guys have not only performed top notch , they are also knowledgeable of what it takes to do a move and they are affordable as well. If I could give 10 stars to Aloha Movers I would! I had planned to do a move completely on my own, but once I got started I realized this was going to be too much and overwhelming for me. Aloha was recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad we went with them! This was so last minute because I had already scheduled a storage unit to be dropped off at my apt complex, and I called Aloha with less than 24hr notice. From the very first phone call, the owner was professional, patient and worked with me to provide exactly what I needed for this move. I had to call him back 2-3 times to make changes and he was courteous every time, making me feel so relieved during a very stressful time.
The next morning the Movers gave me a call about 30min prior to arrival just as promised. They were friendly, excellent working together, and super efficient!! When they first arrived, I walked them thru each room because we weren’t moving everything, but only certain items. We had some boxes already packed, but there was more for them to pack and also our large items like beds, dressers and entertainment center. I truly appreciate the crew for their help and insight! I had ordered 3 storage units and after we did the walk-thru, they said they had talked it over and they felt they could fit everything into 2 units. Thankfully the driver from the storage company was still there so I told him we only needed the 2. This saved me extra cost and time and also saved the storage company time from having to come back for an empty unit! In addition, I had purchased moving blankets from the storage place, as well as UHAUL. I asked the crew if they could try to use the storage ones first as they were non-refundable, and by the time they finished, they didn’t even need to open a single blanket from UHAUL! That’s another win! On top of packing the 2 storage units, they also brought my 2 bikes and our heavy bag and stand for boxing to our new place. This was a huge help as these items would not fit in my SUV together and would take multiple trips. I ran out to get lunch, and our crew called to confirm a couple of items to make sure they were to be packed. They also asked me to do a final walk-thru to make sure they didn’t miss anything. They finished so quickly but didn’t cut corners at all. I was there and watched them handle everything with care. I can’t say enough great things about these young men! Finally, the owner  called me just as the move was wrapping up to ask how things were going and check in. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service from a moving company before and I am so appreciative of their work! I highly recommend them and will definitely call Aloha again anytime I need packers/movers!

I can't say enough about the professionalism and timeliness of Aloha Movers. Aaron was the best in directing his movers. They were very careful with all items and communicated well throughout the process. We were on a tight timeframe as we moved on the day of close of escrow. All had to be completed by 5:00 and they beat that timeline by 3 hours. They rocked it!!!! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone that asks for a GOOD and RELIABLE moving company. They CARE about their customers and that is refreshing.

The manager and staffs were very professional and took care of everything. They made moving very easy and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I first used this company 7 years ago. And I used them again yesterday. And they continue with 5 star service!! They are polite, they are professional-they take the best care of the furniture!! They go above and beyond in their customer service. They are timely and hold up to their commitments and word. I recommend them to everyone and continue to do so!!!!! Those posts that say they did not call them back, might need a little grace and patience. This is a smaller company with limited people working and in this pandemic, things are just crazy for all. If you need movers that are reliable and will do an excellent job of caring for your belongings, use this company!!!!! (I am not paid for this nor am I a relative of the company.. .Just a super satisfied customer that wants to help out a great business!!!)

Aloha Movers did an excellent job for us on what had turned into a difficult move. We had planned to do a lot of things ourselves but life happened and we found ourselves the day before our move not fully packed and not ready. We called in a panic and Aaron and Jim were able to come pack that night. Aaron was there again the next day with a crew to move us.

They really bailed us out and went above and beyond for us. Nothing broken. Move went fast and efficient.
